Cancellation and Refund Policy
Plans change. This page explains how to cancel or reschedule a lesson and when you get your money back.
Cancelling or rescheduling a lesson
If you let me know at least 24 hours before your lesson, you can cancel or reschedule it free of charge, and you get a full refund.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson is not refunded.
You can cancel or reschedule with the link in your booking confirmation email.
How payment works
You pay online by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros:

| Exam strategy session | 90 minutes, 1-on-1 | €42 |
The exam fee (DELE or SIELE) is not included. You pay it directly to the Instituto Cervantes or to an authorised exam centre.
Lesson packs
Packs of 10 and 20 do not expire. A pack exists once it is paid in advance: without payment there is no pack. After you pay, I write to you to arrange your first lesson. Each lesson in a pack follows the same rule: you can cancel or reschedule it free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
