Tell us your level and goal
Four quick questions so I can prepare your lesson:
- Name and email.
- Your current level: A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2. Not sure? Choose “I don’t know”.
- Your goal: conversation, advanced Spanish, DELE or SIELE, work.
- Anything else I should know, such as an exam date.
What happens in your trial Spanish lesson
You won’t be put on the spot. It’s a real lesson, shorter and designed to help us both decide.
How the lesson works, step by step
- We meet (a few minutes). I introduce myself and ask about your goals and your history with Spanish.
- We talk (most of the lesson). A natural conversation in Spanish. I listen to your level, your vocabulary and your mistakes.
- We try the method. You see how I correct and explain. If you prepare for an exam, we try a sample task.
- We plan. I tell you your level, what to work on and how many lessons I recommend.
What you’ll leave with
- An honest assessment of your level.
- Your two or three main priorities.
- A suggested plan and weekly rhythm.
- An indicative estimate of your level. It is not an official grade.
Is the trial lesson free or paid?
The trial lesson lasts 30 minutes and costs €10. There’s no commitment to continue. See the pricing page for lesson prices and packs.
Your teacher: a native Spanish tutor and DELE examiner
Hi, I’m Cristina. I’m a native Spanish teacher from Spain, and I teach adults who already speak some Spanish and want to speak, write and pass exams with more confidence.
- DELE examiner certified by the Instituto Cervantes.
- Master’s degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (Universidad de La Rioja).
- More than five years teaching individual and group classes.
My classes are a safe space. I’ll correct you, but you’ll never feel bad for making a mistake.
Who is the trial Spanish lesson for?
Learners at A2 level and above
This is who my lessons are made for. They are fully in Spanish, adapted to your level. If you want to go beyond B2, see my advanced Spanish classes.
Learners preparing for DELE or SIELE
Tell me your level and exam date. In the trial we look at the tasks and decide a plan. See the DELE preparation course and SIELE preparation.
Beginners
I’m honest: my lessons are in Spanish from the start, so they are not a good fit for complete beginners. If you are between A1 and A2, book a trial and I’ll tell you if we can start.

Trial Spanish lesson: frequently asked questions
What is a trial Spanish lesson?
A short first lesson to meet, check your level and see if my method fits you. We talk in Spanish, I listen to your level and your mistakes, and at the end I suggest a plan. It’s a real lesson, not a sales call.
How long is the trial lesson?
30 minutes. That’s enough to check your level, try the method and plan the next step.
Is the trial lesson free or paid?
The trial lesson costs €10. There is no commitment to continue. See the pricing page for lesson prices and packs.
Who gives the lesson?
I do: Cristina, a native Spanish teacher from Spain and DELE examiner certified by the Instituto Cervantes, with a Master’s in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and more than five years of experience.
What level do I need to book a trial lesson?
A2 or above is ideal, because the lesson is in Spanish. If you’re between A1 and A2, book anyway and I’ll tell you honestly if we can start.
What happens in the trial lesson?
We meet and I ask about your goals. Then we have a conversation in Spanish so I can listen to your level. I show you how I correct and explain, and if you prepare for an exam we try a sample task. At the end I tell you your level and recommend a plan.
What do I need for an online Spanish lesson?
A computer or tablet with a stable connection, headphones and a quiet place. We use Google Meet and I send you the link after you book. You don’t need to install anything special.
Can I reschedule or cancel my trial lesson?
You can cancel or reschedule your trial free of charge if you let me know at least 24 hours before it; with less notice, it is not refunded. If you can’t attend, tell me as soon as possible so I can offer the slot to someone else.
What happens after the trial lesson?
I suggest a plan and a rhythm. If you want to continue, you can book single lessons or save with a pack of 10 or 20. If not, no problem.
Can I prepare for the DELE or SIELE from the trial lesson?
Yes. Tell me your level and exam date when you book. In the trial we look at the tasks, check your level and decide a plan. See my DELE preparation course and SIELE preparation.
After your trial: lesson packs of 10 and 20
If you continue, packs lower the price per lesson and give you a steady rhythm. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
You don’t have to start with a trial: you can book a lesson or buy a pack directly.
