These terms explain who provides the lessons on delesiele.com and the conditions that apply when you book.

The service
I give private 1-on-1 Spanish lessons online on Google Meet, taught in Spanish. The lessons are:
- Trial lesson: 30 minutes.
- Single lesson: 1 hour.
- Packs: 10 or 20 lessons of 1 hour.
- Exam strategy session: 90 minutes.
Prices are in euros and are shown on the pricing page. The exam fee for the DELE or the SIELE is not included.
The prices shown are final: no VAT is added to the lessons.
Booking and payment
You book through the online calendar, which is provided by Cal.com. You pay online by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe. The booking is confirmed when the payment is completed.
Cancellation and refunds
If you let me know at least 24 hours before your lesson, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge and you get a full refund. With less notice, the lesson is not refunded. See the full cancellation and refund policy.
If you are a consumer, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. When you book a lesson for a given date, you ask me to start the service within that period and you accept that, once a lesson has been given, you can no longer withdraw from it. If you buy a pack and have not used all of it, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase and I will refund the lessons not yet given. To do so, write to hola@delesiele.com.
No guarantee of results
I teach and prepare you as well as I can, but I cannot guarantee that you will pass an exam or reach a particular score. The result also depends on your work and on exam day.
Intellectual property
The materials I share (texts, explanations, lists and exercises) are for your personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or publish them without my written permission.

How your personal data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
